Recap from Week 11: Well, it wasn’t quite a blow out, but it was never really in question. Fantasy-wise, I first noted to start Mason Taylor for the Jets. He ended up with 30 yards receiving and nothing else, so I was wrong to start him. I then noted to start the Pats D and TreVeyon Henderson. The Pats won, held the Jets to 14 points, along with 2 sacks and a fumble recovery, so I was right to start them. Henderson got 62 yards rushing, 31 yards receiving, and 3 TDs, so I was very right to start him. Finally, I said to sit Drake Maye. He ended up with 281 yards passing and a TD. About as projected, so a push here.
Week 12 brings us away from divisional play to a conference game where the Texans will play host to the Bills. In this game, I would play Woody Marks as the Bills D is much better against the pass than the rush. And by much better, I mean they are statistically not good against the rush, i.e. most rushing TDs allowed and highest yards per carry allowed in the league. Speaking of Buffalo against the pass, try top 3 against tight ends, and that means I would bench Dalton Schultz for Houston. Speaking of good against tight ends, since Houston is also good against the position, top 5 good, I would bench any and all Buffalo tight ends, specifically Dalton Kincaid, if he plays, and Dawson Knox, too.
