Brief Edition—due to time constraints and my holiday schedule, brevity will be my goal here.

  1. Darren Waller (TE-Miami) is a lowish-end TE1 for me this week.  I would rank him right after Oronde Gadsden Jr. (TE-LAC).

  1. Elic Ayomanor (WR-Ten) is very iffy for Sunday.  Chimere Dike (WR-Ten) is looking quite tempting—I predict he finishes as a top 20 WR for Week 13.

  1. A quick reaction to the Thanksgiving and Friday games is the following: Kansas City is one loss away from not only being virtually eliminated from the playoffs, but also probably shutting down Xavier Worthy (WR-KC)–remember the shoulder injury from Week 01–for the season.  In addition, they may finally give some longer looks to rookies Brashard Smith (RB-KC) and Jalen Royals (WR-KC).  Those are not bad grabs for deeper leaguers if KC loses another game.

  1. Another quick reaction to the Thanksgiving and Friday games is the following:Baltimore’s offense just looks broken.  It just has not looked as crisp since Lamar Jackson’s injury and return. That was not pretty against a highly vulnerable Cincinnati’s defense. We should lower our expectations from Lamar Jackson (QB-Bal), Derrick Henry (RB-Bal), Zay Flowers (WR-Bal), and Mark Andrews (TE-Bal) until this offense shows otherwise.

  1. Another quick reaction to the Thanksgiving and Friday games is the following: Samaje Perine (RB-Cin) is just going to annoy Chase Brown (RB-Cin) fantasy managers from here on out.  I was hopeful that the coaches would give Brown more run, as he looked pretty solid with Perine missing time.  That was not the case.  Brown is going to be a lower end RB2 for me unless something changes.

  1. Another quick reaction to the Thanksgiving and Friday games is the following: The issues with Philadelphia’s offense are not due to Saquon Barkley (RB-Phi), but he is suffering from the issues.  Sigh!

  1. Kenneth Walker II (RB-Sea) topped over 60% of the snaps for the first time this season last week (Week 12). The talk has been getting him more reps at the expense of Zach Charbonnet (RB-Sea).  Are we finally seeing this happen, or was Week 12 more of an anomaly.  I tend to think the latter.  Charbonnet, in my opinion, is not going away.

  1. And.., I wonder what is faster than an escalator.  I suppose an escasooner!!!
